Young Player Behavior in a Chess Tournament

You are supposed to know the rules before you play in a tournament. Nevertheless, it happens regularly that a player does something illegal. This may lead to a sanction.

Touch and move: If you touch a piece, you have to move it, except if it is impossible, of course. As long as your hand has not left the piece on a new square, it can be placed on any accessible square. From the moment, you let it go, it is played.
